The difference between the packages is:

1 ARL lab HTMA (chart only) – TEI or CanAlt lab analysis available upon request, for an additional fee
In-depth analysis of your health history using a very detailed questionnaire
35+ page document of my general recommendations for improving your health and energy
Personalized report (written by me, not an automated report) short or long depending on the package chosen, including:
Interpretation of your HTMA results
Individualized list of supplements
Other recommendation(s) (e.g. diet, lifestyle, additional testing suggested...)
Email support for 4 months for occasional questions about your supplementation plan and my other recommendations (e.g. to adjust your supplement dosage if required). Occasional means 1-2 emails of questions from you after receiving the written report, then about 1-2 emails per month. Extra email support is available at CA$60/hour.
OPTIONAL:
Video consultation (1h) after you receive the report, to (according to your priorities): fine-tune your supplementation program, answer your questions, detail the HTMA results, offer guidance on your situation, etc. If relevant, I'll email you additional written information after the consultation.

Mentoring for HTMA/Mineral Balancing practitioners
I make sure that the time we spend together is of maximum value to you.
To do this, I ask you, prior to the mentoring session, to fill in an online form describing your client's situation, and to share with me the HTMA(s) you'd like help with (hiding your client's name).
I also ask you to clarify your 3 main questions (although you can of course ask any other questions you want during the mentoring session!) 😊
This way, I can prepare carefully for you in advance, and all the time we spend together is dedicated to answering your questions and providing you with maximum information, according to your needs.
My mentoring sessions are sort of an advanced HTMA training. I work using a personal synthesis, from mainly John Bumpus' perspective, but also the Analytical Research Labs (ARL) and the Trace Elements (TEI) ones, of what I learned from Kendra Perry and Dr. Rick Malter, insights from other practitioners I found valuable, and some things I found out by myself from personal experimentation with Mineral Balancing since 2016.
My goal is that you can use the information I provide to better support multiple other clients in the future. In this way, mentoring sessions with me are a form of professional investment.

If you become client of one of my services, you will be asked to complete at least one online questionnaire in a secure virtual environment. In order to provide you with the best possible service, you will be asked to provide the following personal information:

Occupation or main activity (or disability status) (this information may be useful for identifying certain sources of toxicity, such as heavy metals, in the everyday environment)
Information about your personal health, on a voluntary basis. This information is kept confidential in a very secure database (see details below).
My services include the possibility for you to exchange personal information by email, secure online questionnaire, as well as, if you choose, by secure video and/or audio conferencing, phone or Facebook Messenger. The questionnaire to be completed initially includes asking for permission to discuss your health details by email, as well as using any other communication options you may choose. If necessary, we can ensure that the means of communication you choose for remote consultations and support correspond to the degree of confidentiality you prefer.

3. SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT YOUR DATA
The www.ianaroy.com site holds an SSL certificate enabling it to use a https:// address. This security measure prevents, for example, third parties from intercepting the registration of your email address if you choose to subscribe to my mailing list.
Wherever possible in my company, the use of security protocols, data anonymization, secure destruction of data no longer required and other measures to benefit customer confidentiality are put forward to ensure the protection of your personal data.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties
I do not share any of your personal information outside Quebec. Only if you wish, there is an optional, occasional situation for your benefit in which your information may be shared outside Canada: I have privileged access to my Mineral Balancing main teacher, John Bumpus (who lives in Australia), to ask him questions as needed to improve my recommendations. This is at no cost to my clients, their identity remains anonymous and protected, only hair tissue mineral analysis results and certain health conditions, if any, are shared. Your choice to this effect is clearly asked in one of the questionnaires to be completed, and is of course respected.
The hosting of this website and my email account, as well as the confidential and secure storage of my customers' personal and health information are provided by companies outside Canada. If you choose to become a client of my services, I make sure to inform you of this in the initial questionnaire.
Disclosure of personal information within my company
In order to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, I would take care to select highly respectful and trustworthy staff, to whom I would offer specific training in personal information security. Their contract would also include a clause regarding the respect of confidentiality of customer data.
How long I keep your personal information
If you become a client of my services, your personal file will be kept 7 years after the end of the services rendered, should you choose to use my services again. After 7 years (or earlier, if I cease my activities), your personal and health information file will be deleted. Should you wish to use my services again, you would have to complete again the questionnaire(s) required for all new clients. If, due to a particular case, it would seem appropriate to keep your data for longer than 7 years, I would make sure to notify you to discuss the matter with you.
My copies of our written communications (by email, Facebook Messenger or other platform(s)) may or may not be subject to periodic cleaning.
The anonymous technical data relating to navigation of the www.ianaroy.com site is kept until the end of the site's existence on the GetResponse platform.
